In our reefer service department in our head office in Spijkenisse we have a team of reefer specialists ready for all kind of reefer related tasks.
Technical Assistance
In case of complex emergency repairs on board of vessels, we offer a unique service concept. We provide technical assistance by phone or email to the crew of the vessel or to the office of the shipping line.
A team of highly skilled and experienced mechanics is available 24/7 and 365 days per year. Our team have experience with all reefer unit brand and types. They will support the crew on board or the shipping line until the problem has been solved and the reefer unit is running again as it should do.
Warranties
All defects and preventive maintenance repairs during the pre-trip inspection, off-hire or service calls will be repaired or modified according to the guidelines described in the manufacturer's manual or bulletin. These repairs or modifications are carried out by using the original manufacturer's spare parts. All warranty and modification repairs will be claimed directly to the manufacturer or leasing company and will be reported to the customers on the basis of the estimate and/or invoices.
Training
Our mechanics as well as the team at the service center have been sufficiently trained. All of our mechanics have taken specialised courses in refrigeration and manufacturer skills. They also get special, up to date training, concerning the most recent developments within our branch of work. In this way we ensure our customers that their reefer equipment will be well looked after and will be repaired by the most highly skilled specialists within the industry.
Our service center in co-operation with our training department have developed courses for the customers to become more familiar with the machinery. These courses will be held within our training facility and also offer some skills that might prove to be of help for simple problems.
